Position Overview

As a Senior Accountant on the Financial Reporting team, you will be a primary contributor to the preparation of the Company's SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K. The role carries meaningful responsibility and offers growth potential for a technically strong candidate interested in expanding their expertise and taking on increasing responsibility over time. 

This position operates within a deadline-driven environment where filing dates, press releases, and transaction activity create periods requiring extended hours and weekend availability. Candidates should be prepared for these demands and comfortable performing at a high level when priorities shift and timelines compress. Outside of peak periods, the role offers flexibility in schedule and work location. 

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for success in this position, as are excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Location Requirement: 

This role is full-time and located in Denver, CO. It is hybrid with the ability to commute to the Denver office on short notice.
