    All,

    Hope all is well.

    I'm currently working with a SOX Compliance team that is looking for improve the SOX 302 disclosures process. Therefore, I would like to have some feedback from your side regarding tools and process improvements implemented in the companies that you are working with or clients. 

    I acknowledge that every company structure is different and there is no one size fits all to comply with SOX 302 requirements. However, we would appreciate any advise or recommendations on this matter.
