1-1 Management Structure & Objectives
Discuss with the branch operations manager or Product VP/AVP the key objectives and processes of Transportation underwriting and premium processing. Determine what controls are in place to ensure processes are being followed and objectives from Annual Forecast are being met.
Discuss with key management what areas they would like to see operating more efficiently and/or effectively. Include any concerns that management may have within their group, or working relationships with other groups.
