Joe,
I'm not surprised that you are able to find a lot more options for internal audit training than for SOX specific training for new SOX professionals. I think the biggest reason for that is that the skills and capabilities required to be successful in the SOX space are basically the same as are required to be successful in internal auditing.
I'd suggest tapping into the general internal audit training that is available, the Institute of Internal Auditors has several training opportunities focused on internal auditing here: https://www.theiia.org/en/learning/
Once your new SOX professionals have the foundation of internal auditing skills you can teach them how those skills are applicable and best utilized in a SOX environment.
I hope this is helpful. I've got a lot of experience and am happy to dig deeper into this with you if you want to reach out to me directly.

Does anyone have any suggestions for quality ongoing training related to SOX? I would be most interested in things like onsite or multi-day training on applicable subjects, but am open to anything.
It is easier to find general Internal Audit training, but not anything SOX-specific. This past year I attended the Amplify conference from Workiva, but am looking for other potential opportunities. Other training I have found tends to be introductory-type for new SOX professionals.
Thanks!
